He demanded money in return so she can have Jessie's body returned to her. It is sad how low people will go, hurting a family member of a missing loved one, in exchange for money!
Jessie has been a missing person since 2006. Sadly she is a sex trafficking victim who disappeared in the Las Vegas Valley, Nevada. She has not been seen or heard from since.
