Welcome to episode 8 of the Lyon's Gate HOA Podcast. This episode is a Q&A forum hosted by the Lyon's Gate HOA with 2 of the 3 Town of Gilbert Mayoral candidates, Lynne King Smith and Matt Nielsen. Unfortunately, candidate Brigette Peterson was unable to attend.

Similar to the Town Council forum in the last episode, this Mayoral candidate forum is in two parts. For consistency between the two forums, the first part consists of the same questions used in the Town Council forum and part two is centered around questions submitted by Lyon's Gate residents.

This forum was recorded at the Lyon's Gate HOA community clubhouse on Thursday, July 23rd. While candidate Matt Nielsen attended in person, candidate Lynne King Smith attended remotely, via Zoom.

We are indebted to both candidates for taking the time out of their busy schedules to join us for this forum. We also hope this forum and the previous one, assist Gilbert residents in making their choices at the polls.
