No knead Focaccia Bread with Caramelized onions

Instructions
1. Melt butter and olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Stir in the onions. Add water and cover until the onions have softened, about 5 minutes.
2. Remove cover and reduce the heat to medium-low. Stir the onions frequently to prevent burning for about 1 hour, or until the onions are deeply caramelized. When ready, remove from heat and stir in thyme.
3. Coat 2 - 8×8-inch pans or 1 - 9 x 13-inch pan with non-stick oil spray. Set aside.
4. In a large mixing bowl, measure the flour, olive oil, salt, yeast and water together and beat with an electric mixer for 60 seconds.
5. Transfer the dough into the oiled pan, cover the pan lightly with plastic wrap and let rise at room temperature for 1 hour.
6. After the dough has been resting for 30 minutes, preheat the oven to 375°F
7. At the end of the 60-minute rise, gently press dimples in the surface of the dough with your finger.
8. Drizzle olive oil over the top to settle into the dimples. Sprinkle with rosemary and flaky salt, if using.
9. Bake the bread for 28-30 minutes until golden brown.
10. Remove from the oven and cool on a wire rack for 5 minutes. Serve warm or room temperature.
11. Top with caramelized onions
12. Once you slice it, add whipped cream cheese, sliced apples and drizzle some honey on top.
