Tonight's featured artist is Gilz out of Los Angeles, CA. He was born in the Ukraine but moved to the US when he was about four years old. He grew up in LA and lived a hard life - drugs and police and strife. But now, he has gotten his life together and started making music. After being over run by the street life, his music is so relatable (to me anyway). He lived through the temptations and he's living the quiet life.
