Tasting Notes:  Inspired by Debbie Gabriel, wife of Ciatdelle Founder Alexandre, and her inspiring summer garden at the family estate in Cognac, Jardin D'été is made in a similar vain as their immensely popular Pineapple rum, with whole lemons, yuzu zest, melon flesh and orange peels distilled and infused into the distillate in meticulous fashion, yielding some pure sunshine in your glass and cocktails.
