With an herb and citrus forward profile, the length, depth, and complexity of Monkey are unmatched in the market. On the nose a distinct floral aroma paired with the sweetening juniper. Underlying citrus notes as well as anise and mint emerge as well. On the palate, bold dry herbs, then sweet florals, then a long sweet spice finish.
