An athletes mindset to business - After sustaining a number of life changing injuries, Ross turned his career from a professional freestyle skier into a video production company, producing content for a number of global brands all over the world and later giving back to the filmmaker community through his academy and youtube channel where he now helps creatives start businesses and navigate the corporate world.
