Gingerbread in your Christmas breakfast bowl?

No ingredient says Christmas better than gingerbread. In today's Feast Meets West, we attempt to add gingerbread right into our yogurt breakfast bowl -- an idea proposed by our "wintern" Keerthi Sridharan back in January. Believe it or not, producer Andrew Ryan remembered that magical suggestion and has been researching ways of making homemade yogurt to pave the way for an unforgettable taste test.  

Today's menu: In our first course, we’re going to crack open our Chinese farmer’s almanac and tell you about a two-week microseason called Midwinter (冬至), which begins today. In our second course, Andrew heads into the Feast Meets West test kitchen to whip up a batch of snowy yogurt. And in our third and final course, we’ll be assembling some Christmas-inspired breakfast bowls right here in the studio!
