Zeno has gone crazy and demanded another tournament of power!! But this time 6 teams containing 7 members have to be created! In order to create these ,Zeno has granted permission for these teams to be inter universal meaning as long the characters were  created by the being that even Zeno fears “ The omega Akita Toriyama” they can be on the team regardless of which universe they are from.
