Have you ever had the thought "Why isn't anyone talking about this?". I found myself saying this one too many times. The funny, thing is that it applied to so many things in my life. On my journey to opening up, I've decided to create this vocal journal. I will now have the ability to learn but also reflect and come back to it as a better version of myself and actually listen to myself, and the positive village I'm surrounded by.
