It has been a crazy year!

The cast of NOMT has been growing! Kitty and Mel have a podcast! They are working at their dream! We are still NOMT always at the end of day NOMT is there! However the point of a podcast is to watch the growth from it. The unending love and dedication for the craft of podcasting isn't something to keep in one place. The podcast from NOMT is completely organic and wonderful and they are all about love! WOW just WOW

Mel the podcaster is also breaking out and doing what she loves creating dresses with messages and selling them! so exciting

Coach kitty is working tirelessly on her dream of being the best version of herself she can be! Running, walking and lifting weights! She has also been working on family and loving her dogs! She has been gone but is not forgotten!

Kitty Rebellion and I had a crazy happening a year ago I believe we both have learned so much since the time I was in Turks and Caicos and she was going to run a 5k a year ago.

Tonights episode is the 4 of us checking in on one another, laughing and loving through some hard moments. Moving through it all with ease.

Its all energy a friend of mine told me years ago (I didn't know what they meant) you can pick a reality. You either want the best for yourself or you complain yourself right into a shitstorm!
