30 stretched me, healed me, humbled me, and taught me lessons I didn’t know I needed. In this episode, I’m reflecting on the prayers, lessons, endings, boundaries, growth, and grace that shaped this year of my life. Before I fully embrace 31, I have one thing left to say ... Thank you, 30 for everything.
Somewhere along the way, many of us learned that it was safer to stay small than to be fully seen. Maybe it was rejection. Maybe it was comparison. Maybe it was fear of being misunderstood, criticized, or not enough. So, we hid. We watered ourselves down, questioned our voice, and convinced ourselves that later would be a better time.
In this episode of Girl, Heal., we're talking about the fear of visibility. We'll unpack the ways we hide behind perfection, people-pleasing, and self-doubt, and how healing requires us to stop shrinking in places God is calling us to stand. You don't have to become someone else to walk in purpose. You simply have to stop hiding the woman God has already created you to be.
Maybe this isn't the season to play it safe. Maybe this is the season to be seen.
Everybody talks about becoming a wife, but what does that really mean when you're still single? In this episode, we're having an honest conversation about singleness, identity, healing, and the pressure so many women feel to "prepare" for marriage. We'll unpack the difference between becoming a wife and losing yourself trying to be chosen, why marriage isn't the finish line, and how God uses singleness to develop purpose, not just patience. Whether you're dating, waiting, healing, or simply learning to enjoy the season you're in, this conversation is a reminder that your value has never been determined by your relationship status.
Girl... before you become somebody's wife, make sure you know how to be you.
In this special episode of Girl, Heal., I sit down with my dad for an honest conversation about fatherhood, faith, raising daughters, and the lasting impact fathers have on the women their daughters become. Whether you're a daughter, a father, or someone seeking greater understanding, this episode is for you.
Healing doesn't begin when the pain disappears. It begins the moment you stop pretending it doesn't exist. In this episode of Girl, Heal., we're talking about what it truly means to give yourself permission to feel. So many of us have learned to suppress our emotions, stay busy, spiritualize our pain, or convince ourselves we've moved on. But what remains unfelt often remains unhealed.
Healed girls don't just heal from what happened to them, they heal from the things they started believing because of it. In this episode of Girl, Heal., we're unpacking the narratives, labels, and limiting beliefs that have shaped the way we see ourselves. Maybe it was something someone said, maybe it was disappointment, rejection, failure, or a season that made you question your worth. Healing isn't just about recovering from the wound, it's about challenging the story you created because of it. So, girl, who told you that?
Some of us aren’t healing… we’re performing well. Smiling. Showing up. Staying busy. Saying “I’m fine”, but are we really? In Episode 2 of Girl, Heal, we’re talking about the wounds we hide, the masks we wear, and why healing begins with honesty. Because you can’t heal what you keep hiding. Listen now and let me know what resonated with you most.
Girl, We Need To Talk. About healing. About the version of you that’s trying to figure it out while still showing up every day. This is for the girl navigating transitions, carrying things she never talks about, and learning how to make space for herself in the middle of it all.
In our very first episode of Girl, Heal., we’re opening the conversation with honest reflection, real life, and the reminder that healing isn’t always pretty, linear, or loud… but it’s necessary.
