Bella Giannini grew up in Connecticut, and recently graduated from Santa Clara University in California with a Marketing major and a minor in Retail Studies. During her time at SCU, she founded and developed the annual Women's Summit: Own It. This event sold out at 250 seats in year 2, and raised over $10,000. Additionally, the event has hosted over 50 speakers thus far, and maintains an established Board of Directors. Bella will be traveling back to California this April to speak at this year's Summit.

With prior experience at DFS Group and Overstock.com, Bella now works at Axon Enterprises (formerly TASER International). She is currently on the E-commerce team in the Scottsdale, AZ headquarters. During her time at Overstock.com, Bella spearheaded and conceptualized Humans of Worldstock: a campaign to share the artisans' intimate and touching stories. She continued this work for one year post-internship.

At Axon, Bella assisted in the creation and development of Women at Axon, a group dedicated to the acknowledgement and support of the company's women. She is also a newly 'Big Sister' to Scottsdale's Girls Ranch. The Girls Ranch houses 12 underprivileged teen girls that have suffered abuse, neglect, trauma, etc.
