Girl, talk with Rayray episode six loving yourself, part two. In this episode, I tell a story about me and how I did not get to love myself until I got to the age. I am now and a little younger. I also speak about different podcasts, that all of my listeners can listen to as well. Another thing is I’m sorry this wasn’t another full length episode. I was sick and my connection failed. We put a pin inside of the boundaries topic because maybe we could talk about that on a later date I wanted to get into self-love and that’s what this episode is all about. It’s also about how the beginning of self-love basically so like how you would start loving yourself. It’s not about how to do it. It’s about what loving yourself is.
