 This episode the cast of NOMT was happy to welcome Adam Back as part of the family of NOMT. Adam Avitable of "Dating Kinda' Sucks Podcast" is vetted as a true friend to woman.  He is an educator to men who want to learn what its like to have a non-transactional relationship. Adam's tik tok explains to everyone watching a healthy perspective on how to view women. 

Kitty Rebellion is another one who's channel is educational and shows women how to show up for themselves and to let go of the pick me mentality. 

Mel on tik tok shows women how to be there for themselves and love themselves for the beautiful woman they are and to love themselves no matter what.
