today i sat down with shoshana and melissa, two of the co-founders of girlgroup, to unpack the power of putting yourself out there and creating new meaningful friendships. making friends as an adult is HARD. and sometimes, awkward. girlgroupla is on a mission to change all of that and make it as easy as possible to build community through the power of local meetups. we also chat about their careers as women in tech, the power of taking chances, working with local businesses and finding sponsors, and how the loneliness epidemic is something we all face as humans.
