Megan and Wendy welcome fellow Hallmark Channel movie lover, Cally from Hallmark's The Spot, to recap and review A New Year's Resolution. A New Year's Resolution stars Aimee Teegarden as Kelly (Julie Taylor from Friday Night Lights all grown up) and adorable Hallmark Movie regular Michael Rady as Tom. Will Kelly's demanding work schedule allow her to keep her resolutions in the new year? Can Tom uncover the fraud happening at his company? Is there any doubt these two fall in love along the way?

News and Notes for A New Year's Resolution
Blink and you'll miss the server with the huge mustache.
A New Year's Resolution was originally titled New Year, New Me and was slated for a 2019 Countdown to Christmas release. However, this movie was pulled from the schedule and instead put into the 2021 New Year, New Movies line up.
The movie was set in Milwaukee but filmed entirely in Winnipeg, Manitoba.
Fun Fact: The Milwaukee Polar Plunge is a REAL New Year's Day event! See photos here from the 2021 Polar Plunge.
Don't take our advice. Apparently people do wear only bathing suits in the annual polar plunge.
