In this week's episode, this has been a topic that Savannah has been struggling with that she feels the need to talk about. Transitioning from girlhood to womanhood and healing your inner child is something that I think most of us want to know more about as how to cope with certain things from our childhood. Not wanting to grow up and become an adult is a challenge for most of us. We truly never fully get a chance to heal our inner child before becoming an adult. Understanding that there is beauty in growing up and your life doesn’t end after high school or college. Savannah is excited but nervous to do her first solo episode but she can’t wait for you to listen to what this topic means to her. She also brings up a movie and TV show that talk about these topics and it’s something you won’t want to miss!
In this week’s episode, the girls are extremely passionate about societal pressures. Growing up in this world (girls and boys) we are taught so many things in life that shouldn’t be taught or praised. The girls are diving into college vs no college (is it worth it?), beauty standards, peer pressure, etc…! We know that everybody can relate to everything that we are going to discuss and might not have even realized that these expectations were set at a very young age. We hope you can relate to these societal pressures and enjoy this episode as the girls definitely get into this topic! Make sure you’re following us on Spotify and Apple!

Savannah also shares her first year at college and has lots of advice and things to talk about for incoming freshmen and for entertainment purposes. We hope you enjoy this episode! In this week's episode, the girls dive in-depth into how they have felt about themselves throughout the years and now. Dealing with body image is something everybody has struggled with at some point in their life or maybe you’re dealing with it now. The girls felt that this topic was necessary to talk about! The girls even got some of their friend's advice and tips about this topic! Shoutout to all of our friends that texted us something! (Grace, Hannah, Kevin, Lilly, Lauren, and Savannah’s mom) We hope that this episode helps all of our listeners to know that they are not alone and that everybody struggles with body/self-image in their lifetime. Just know that you are loved and we hope you all enjoy this episode! Make sure you’re following us on Spotify and Apple!
