Stella and Courtney sit down with Coach Casey Halstead, Black Belt under Eddie Bravo 10th Planet Jiu Jitsu, and his daughter, Abigail Halstead.   Abigail talks to us about growing up in the gym with her father, pet peeves on the mat, and who her role models are that she looks up to.  Casey begins by sharing great parenting tips and how he runs his gyms.   He also shares how easy it is to coach his female fighters and how he is going to start a women’s class at his Las Vegas gym.
