Girls Taking Power

I am Kim Hoehing from Girls Taking Power, a movement I created to help women empower themselves with the tools they need to reclaim their self-esteem, rebuild their confidence and to go out into the world and rock it.  This podcast is one of the tools I want women to use to help them through their issues.

In this podcast we are going to go over all of everything I learned.  We will talk about everything from cognitive behavioral therapy to creative visualization, from confidence to healing our chakras and from subliminal messaging to hypnotherapy.  We will go over all of the processes and techniques that can be used to help restore your self-esteem and confidence.

I want you to be prepared because this podcast is going to take you on a journey that may be difficult at times.  We are going to explore and dive deep into thought patterns that may be destructive.  The point is to get to know ourselves and identify the reasons we are feeling or behaving in certain ways.  The journey has to start from within.  We can’t control the people or circumstances around us.  But we can control how we react to them.
