Was Lean Management mit Software Entwicklung zu tun hat, kann sich man sich vielleicht schon vorstellen.
Werkzeuge wie das Value Stream Mapping sind schon seit vielen Jahrzehnten im Produktiongewerbe etabliert. Doch seit einigen Jahren werden sie auch auf die IT Branche abgebildet und können im Grunde auf jeden Prozess abgebildet werden, dem eine Wertschöpfungskette zu Grunde liegt.
Ines Schatz und Sujeevan Vijayakumaran erklären, was es damit auf sich hat und wie sich die Wertströme eines Webshops und einer Pizza ähneln.
