Nobody is perfect. Not a single person. Somehow, we hold people to this unrealistic bar and our world crashes when our expectation is not met. When it’s not met, we make up stories in our head, run with self-victimization, amplify it and truly, we are the ones who suffer. When we mess up, we hope for grace. When others mess up, let’s give them the same! You are the author of your happiness. When you take 100% responsibility of this, you will find freedom!
