Hiten has been making products for over 20 years.
He founded multiple companies, such as KISSmetrics - may I say the first product analytics company - and Crazy Egg, a heat mapping tool.
He later on created FYI, an enterprise search product that helped people find documents in 3 clicks or less. Two years later FYI brought him to create Nira, a real-time access control system that proactively secures company documents.
Hiten also shares a lot his product learnings. His newsletter Product Habits (https://producthabits.com) is among my favorite ones.
