In today's promise, we explore the source of our anger and how much God wants to exchange that anger for peace. 

TODAY'S CHALLENGE: What's making you angry? Think about that, then read Psalm 37:8. Pray to God for the strength to refrain from and give our anger to Him in exchange for peace.
