Focus is not on the successes the guests have amassed, but rather the behind-the-scenes of those successes and what happened leading up to those successes. What were some of their obstacles? How did they overcome those obstacles? What are some things people don't tell individuals who step into those fields? Who they before? What makes them a 'boss' (in life not to others).
