On a recent visit to California, Andrew discovered a local distillery that was very close to where he was staying. He sampled a flight of some of their offerings and the one he purchased to bring home is what we will be trying for this week's show. For this episode we will be trying the Pacific Coast Spirits American Single Malt Whiskey. Pacific Coast Spirits is a grain-to-glass craft distillery that also has a restaurant on the premises.
