1 Peter 5:7  says for us to cast our cares ( anxiety, fears, troubles, worries, etc.) onto Jesus because He cares for us. When we do this as believers it frees us up to attend to the assignments we have been given by the Holy Spirit. Casting our cares allows us to live in that freedom that Jesus paid for on the cross. One key thing is once you cast your cares onto Jesus, don’t take it back. The question is your life better without all of that anxiety, fear, worries, etc.? If it is better, praise the Lord!!! Let the Lord have. He will deal with it. Make sense? I recommend Jesus Christ.
