Normally we give thanks, to God and to others, only when good things come our way. Someone gives us a gift…we say “Thank you!” The Lord answers our prayers in the way we want Him to…we say “Thank you!” But giving thanks in ALL circumstances? That would be seriously hard to do! How can we give thanks when something goes awry? How can we give thanks when we just don’t want to or feel like it? Really the question is this: When we consider our intimate relationship with our loving Lord and His intense passion for loving us and meeting our needs, how can we not give thanks in all circumstances? Yes? No matter what comes our way, God is good all the time…all the time, God is good! We therefore “Give Thanks in All Circumstances”!
