Hello,

In this episode of Intuition: Your Success Compass, I invite you into the exploration of joy and happiness.

From my personal and professional experience, I have learned how everyone can connect to their own sense of happiness, where emphasizing that joy is a unique, individual experience. 

Come along as I expand on what makes each of us happy and ought to be valued, even if it's not something others enjoy, pointing out key differences between my own joys and those of my partner and friends.

I mean, I love needle felting and spinning classes and others don't. I learned that they light up my world, and emphasized the need for individual discovery and acceptance of personal preferences. 

Then why not cover the subject of overcoming fears, recognizing and overcoming limiting beliefs, and dealing with cultural influences on our perceived happiness?

I highlight the importance of understanding that happiness has to be an inside job and encourage giving yourself permission to explore what brings you joy.
