Untethered with Jen Liss

Give yourself permission to go all-in – with soul coach Bree-Anna Vincent

Listen Later

What’s on your mind, unicorn? 🦄 Send me a text!

Are you doing what lights you up? If you hesitated, it might be time to update your personal meatloaf recipe.

In this episode, I speak with my own coach, intuitive and healer Bree-Anna Vincent, whose gift is seeing people's highest potential. her purpose is helping women see it for themselves.

As she points out, we often don't even realize what's holding us back. (Is it the meatloaf?)

In this episode, you'll hear my journey with The Creative Commute through her eyes. The resistance, the wins, the burnout, how I have so much room yet to grow. This talk was an enlightening experience for me, and I think listening will give you some deep takeaways for yourself.

I'm so fortunate that Bree-Anna was able to see my creative potential and help me loosen the grip on the things that were holding me back. Listen in and dip your toes into the water of your own purpose.

You'll be amazed how quickly you can transform yourself when you give yourself permission to go all-in.

KEY TAKEAWAYS FROM THIS EPISODE

  3. Anything you dream is absolutely possible. Stop playing small.
  4. Are you in burnout? Ask yourself if you're doing things because you love them or because you or others expect you to love them.
  5. Are you a living version of grandma’s meatloaf? It might be time to update your recipe.

SOUNDBYTES

  • Focus on what you desire to create and let go of what’s holding you back.
  • It’s okay to be scared and fearful. Do it anyway.
  • Turn failure into lessons.
  • We are all equally born worthy, beautiful, amazing souls. You are worthy.
  • Be green and growing, not ripe and rotting.
  • Find the people who can support you.
  • Lean into what you love.
  • Change is great. Change is okay. If you find yourself facing burnout, ask yourself, “Do I love what I’m doing right now?”
  • If it’s not aligned with who you are, you’re not living in your truth.
  • Creatives often make decisions based on what you think is wrong or right, not what’s in your heart.
  • If you are in burnout, you are not aligned with yourself and what lights you up.
  • We get taught what we don’t want, but we don’t get taught what we do want.
  • As children, we learn right and wrong, but we often miss a connection to what lights us up.
  • When you get to a point that you’re falling out of love with something, the question is “What do I love now?”
  • Is what you’re doing lighting up your soul?
  • Or is it the fact that you get to be creative? Ask yourself, “Am I doing this because I love it?” Or because I get to be creative.
  • It’s not about changing who you are, but it’s about creating the best version.
  • It’s about believing in who you are.
  • Do you want to keep the same life that you have now and keep getting the same results? Or do you have big dreams?
  • Everything you dream of is possible for you.
