For me, one of my value is to give back to my community because why not. If you are living comfortably and have surplus money try to donate a few times. If you don’t want to donate money why not donate your time or skills for the betterment of others. Just mentoring someone else and doing something good for others can be done.

🧘‍♀️ When I was first going through some mental turmoil myself, I got disheartened &amp; thought that I could never get out of this rough patch. I did not share my burdens with anyone &amp; kept to myself, which worsened the situation. Through steady &amp; slow steps I have somewhat overcome that. So I advocate the importance of mental wellbeing and share titbits on it!
