Grief I believe was inherited in to my life by witnessing it in my parent from a young age. Their grief and pain became internalized in to me. I remember the moment seeing my son's eyes - they looked how I felt when I was his age. And I wanted to stop the cycle so he could have a different experience of life, his own.
