As healers, it is common for us to take on some foreign energy. I have noticed the common exchange of healers giving to another who needs healing of their own unique vibration. We each have a unique energy that is specific to our body. When there is interference with this, we challenges that can look a number of ways.

A shift we can create is giving another person a healing in a constructive format. I LOVE using plant spirits to administer healings. A big part of my model for healing is to be able to at once give and receive a healing yourself.
