In this episode, we talk about what we do when we serve someone. Perhaps we give a few seconds of time when we bow our heads and utter a prayer for someone in trouble. Perhaps we send a heartfelt message of encouragement. That requires time and some intentional love that we send as energy.

Besides that, there are physical things. Perhaps you buy a care package in a grocery store and put it in the basket at the door. Perhaps you participate in a food drive in your neighborhood. Perhaps you volunteer at a soup kitchen or in a drive to hand out blankets in the winter. Maybe you donate to a relief effort. All these things matter. You give not just of your time or resource, You give of your heart.
