As a Catholic believer and follower we truly do forget to give HIM thanks in whatever we do. God created us and he has our best interest at heart.

This podcast is both in english and spanish, where we talk about the bitterness in life and I do my best to sweeten it up because it can be bitter but we owe ourselves to sweeten it up. This started in March of 2020 a way to heal through my own journey but to honor my own heritage since CAFE was and still is a way we talk about navigating the changes of life witinh our own family.
