This week on Will He? Won't He?, Josh Jak and Bee Lion call a strange hotline, they think, but it turns out it's a clever prank from Bill Miller, crown jewel of the Philadelphia comedy scene. They attempt to have a discussion with sex-machine Goat, but he's too busy bangin' broads to stay on the phone. Other stuff happens. Bill gets gross.
