Education is a BIG BUSINESS with $8.12 Trillion spent by the federal government. So, why do 1 in 5 Americans like students or teachers still suffer from hearing loss discrimination, because the school system refuses to provide transparent mask giving those with hearing loss equal access for a greater learning curve? The National School Board Association states that "public education exists to serve the following purposes, among others: Prepare students for college and the workforce, including preparing them for jobs that may not even exist yet due to the rapidly changing technology. Helping children fulfill their diverse potentials." Imagine your child or grandchild having a mild hearing loss which is just not being able to hear a whisper or the vowels/consonants like the a, e, i, o, u or the th, sh, f, g, h. Did the teacher or the student say, hay, day, fay, way, kay, lay, may? Some students and even some adults may not be able to process the hearing which only takes 0.05 seconds to process in the brain by the time the ear hears the sound and the brain figures out what it is saying in language. A person with hearing loss may take a moment or two to figure out what the other person said. So, they are not slow, deaf, or dumb. It's just a disability where the ear organ is a broken body part. Yet until one learns the cues for hearing loss then it passes by the majority.
