Today Brittany Crane is sharing her story of postpartum depression and how she was able to find healing. Brittany opens up about how hard that part of her life was, and how deeply depressed she really became. She also shares about the light that came and how she was able to heal and avoid postpartum depression after her 4th baby was born.

We are learning about being kind to yourself, giving grace to yourself and treating yourself like you would a good friend. You can be your best, and make mistakes and still give yourself grace.

Connecting with other women is what Brittany strives to do with her adventure group Get Out There Girl. When we reach out to others, share our stories and become vulnerable with them, connection happens. When we connect with each other a love begins and we can find lasting friendships.

Last of all, Brittany shares how important it is to get outside! There is something that physically happens to us when we get outside. Even if it's just to watch the kids play. Get out, take a deep breath and feel the power that comes with it. We all have a mission to fulfill, and when we take time to be still and quiet (especially in the outdoors) we can get that power back in our lives.

Brittany's goal is to inspire women to live their best life. She helps women uncover their critical voices and treat themselves like they would treat a good friend. She believes that self compassion is the tool that will free women from the traps of comparison, guilt, and perfectionism. Brittany is on a mission to help women thrive at life by connecting with nature through adventure, connecting with themselves through self compassion, and connecting with other women through vulnerability.
