  • Here’s a great exercise. Make a list of what makes you mad in the world. Then write out what the opposite of that would look like. Next, write out your talents and traits. Finally, see how your skills can create change to help you reach that perfect place.
  • When contemplating what kind of leader you want to be, consider these 3 questions. What do I want? How will I feel when I exist in that world? How can I feel that way now?
  • Surround yourself with other high-vibe, goal-oriented people. This will help inspire both you and them and cause everyone to rise together.
  • You need to expect that your crazy idea will happen! If you trust that the idea will come to fruition, you are more likely to take action, you will be less worried about rejection, and you will be less attached because you believe it will all work out. 
  • Never be afraid of asking someone for help. When you ask for something, you are giving that person an opportunity to feel good by helping you. Because of this, you should also be the person to help others.
