A lecturer at Queen's University Belfast, an author and a homemaker, somehow Gladys Ganiel finds time to go to the gym, train young athletes and run up to 85 miles a week. Ahead of the 2026 SPAR Craic 10K, Máirtín Ó Muilleoir chats with the native of Maine in the USA who is best known locally as a champion road runner.
