Sometimes things don't always go the way we plan. Sometimes circumstances are put in our place and we can only react. At that moment we all have the ability to choose how we respond. This week Anna joins me on the show. At 27 years old she became her mom's full-time caregiver. She had to find her purpose and change her mindset in the midst of dealing with unforeseen circumstances. She gives great advice on how to change your mindset and have a "glass half full" approach in all that you do.
