One of the oldest family run distilleries takes us on a sherry influenced journey of whiskies that have spent more time in wood.

The boys dive in to some superbly aged sherry cask finished whiskies, and Hursty educates us on the process of ageing sherry; how it may be a bit different than what you think it is and how it's nothing like whisky. So pour a well-aged glass of something special and settle in!
