Glenn Appell is a versatile musician and educator who has performed on trumpet, flugelhorn, harmonica and Native American Flute in the San Francisco Bay Area for over 30 years. He has toured, performed and recorded with a wide variety of artists and ensembles including the world renowned San Francisco Mime Troupe, Pete and Sheila Escovedo, Charles Brown, Barbara Morrison, Clairdee, O. J. Ekemode, Ruth Brown, Junior Mance, David Bromberg, Danny Caron, The Johnny Nocturne Band, singer/songwriter Alex Call, Dr. Loco’s Rockin’ Jalapéno Band, Keta Bill, the jazz sextet, Inception, and many others.
