Welcome into a Thursday edition of Glenn Clark Radio, lots to cover on the program once again, and that naturally meant some technical difficulties leading to us starting a couple minutes late 👍. Chargers DC Jesse Minter was in Owings Mills yesterday, the Ravens did not hire him… yet, and have more candidates lined up including meeting with former Bills OC Joe Brady today, plus the Brewers did in fact trade Freddy Peralta, but to the Mets–not the Orioles–so that leaves only one front-line starter still available, Framber Valdez, will he be the next Oriole? At 11:20am, we will check in with Ravens legend, Pro Football Hall of Famer Rod Woodson as we celebrate the upcoming 25th Anniversary of the Ravens Super Bowl XXXV Championship as Rod takes us back to game week, the 2000 Ravens defense un-wavering confidence and we’ll also get Rod’s temperature on the Ravens coaching vacancy and they type of coach he believes need to be hired. At 11:40am, our weekly college basketball convo with our friend Patrick Stevens (@D1scourse) from the Washington Post and Blue Ribbon Basketball as we touch briefly on Maryland’s first Big Ten win before being blown out in Champaign last night, will Towson keep their CAA turnaround going tonight? Is Navy the best team in the state? and much more with Patrick. Then at 12pm, we will have a chance to meet one of the Orioles new bench coaches, Donnie Ecker, as we get his thoughts on the Orioles offseason, joining Craig Albernaz’s staff, and what we should be looking out for this weekend in the Birdland Caravan and in Spring Training.
