Sales and growth expert Glenn Lundy has built a successful daily Facebook live show called, #RiseandGrind, but what do many entrepreneurs and business owners misunderstand about the notion of “the grind”?

“I think word grind itself is just a consistent, repetitive action that nets you the ultimate result and I think that's the part that people get twisted,” said Lundy. “Sometimes people think like, ‘Okay, it's just a consistent, repetitive action, right? I just got to stay busy, I just got to be moving.’ And that's not the point, the point is to get you the net result. What is the end game? Why are we doing this? What picture have we painted? Otherwise, it's just a hamster wheel and you're just going, and going, and going, and going, and going.”
