Glenn's post on his discomfort with AI-based pricing went viral. AI is new / controversial, and it already appears as if a backlash against AI is forming. I asked him to join this podcast to have a deep dive and he was gracious enough to accept my offer. We had a very nice discussion and came away realizing that our views are (shock!) more aligned than one would think by looking at our back and forth on a LinkedIn comment thread
