"So when they say scheme, they really mean it's a plan. But here in America, when we say scheme, we mean it's a scam, meaning you're trying to exploit someone, you're trying to take money from someone. So is this water menu in the UK a scheme? Is the scheme a scheme or is the scheme really a scam? Who knows? But it's very interesting idea and something to think about and maybe think about while you're having a nice glass of water."
