"You own a sports team, even on some other company, you usually are probably going to hire someone who you feel more socially and culturally comfortable with, even if that person has the talent. Even if that person has the skill set. You may not. You just might. Sometimes there's sort of unconscious bias, right. Where you're making decisions you don't even know. It isn't about, like, sort of the outright bigotry that we see sometimes."
