Welcome back to Rooted to Radiate.
This episode feels tender.
Because I’m not speaking from hindsight… I’m speaking from awareness in motion.
Have you ever found yourelf in a new interaction — one that feels steady, reciprocal, and surprisingly easeful. And instead of chaos or confusion, what’s been surfacing are glimmers.
But also… shadows.
Old impulses.
Hypervigilance.
The subtle urge to stir something just to see if it’s real.
The instinct to scan for what might go wrong.
And what I’m processing is:
Sometimes the shadow doesn’t surface because something is wrong.
It surfaces because something finally feels safe enough to heal.
When love feels familiar to our survival patterns, we don’t question it.
But when it feels different — calmer, softer, more aligned — the parts of us that learned through instability begin to speak.
Not to sabotage.
But to be seen.
In this episode, we’re exploring what it means when healthy experiences activate old wounds…
How to recognize shadow without shaming yourself…
And how to stay present in something good without needing to disrupt it.
If you notice anything rising in you as you listen — that’s welcome here.
And I want to offer you an open invitation:
Journalize what comes up.
And remember… journalizing doesn’t always look like pen and paper.
It might be leaving yourself a voice memo.
It might be doodling shapes that match your emotion.
It might be sitting in stillness and noticing what your body says.
Whatever surfaces — let it have space.
Let’s get rooted. So we can radiate.
