Class is in session everyone! Please turn your books to the chapter on Glinda (Galinda) Arduenna Upland (of the Upper Uplands). Sit back and relax (or get pent up if you don’t agree with us) as we discuss one of the most polarizing characters in Wicked. Many people love her, many people hate her, most people misunderstand her. She’s not all good but she’s not all bad either which is why we felt the need to defend our client this episode. You don’t have to like her but we definitely think there’s more nuance to her character than many allow for so we’re here to discuss them (mostly regarding act 1). Act 2 will be left for after the new movie comes out and Glinda the Good will be discussed at length! 
Most of us are Glindas and while that’d be a hard pill to swallow for some it’s true. The great part about her character is that through her flaws she does learn and in the end does burst her bubble for the greater good which is what most of us should strive for. We’ll never be perfect but that doesn’t mean we shouldn’t try.
